DESCRIPTION:The third annual Spring Has Sprung Festival will be held Saturday\, April 22\, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.\, in the grassy lot across from the Tabor City Fire Department. The lot is between 4th and 5th streets. There will be a parade at 11 a.m. and a car show on 5th Street. Star Farm will be in the KidZone with a petting park\, inflatables and trackless train. Ray Hardee\, a master magician who has been the in-house magician for Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Columbia\, S.C.\, will be performing at the festival. The festival will also host a cruise-in. Cars\, trucks\, motorcycles and tractors are welcome. Judging will be by people’s Choice. To participate as a vendor or to enter the cruise-in or parade call Cynthia Nelson at 910-377-3012.
